BEAUTY IS WHERE YOU FIND IT & SOMETIMES WHERE YOU BUMP & GRIND IT

We live in LA, where it's hard to argue with Tinseltown's direct influence on fashion. But, entertainment is not just about celuloid chic. Musicians wield just as heavy a sword over aesthetics as do their acting compadres. And truth be told, as much as we look to film for inspiration, we've also got our eyes on who's rocking out.

After all, listening to a great song in the am just might determine if you don an all denim ensemble a la Debbie Harry or perhaps, you're been listening to Tusk over and over and well over and over (hey--it's got 4 sides!) and so you'll reach for something Stevie. You know, something gauzy and then you'll top it off with a Gibson Girl do under a top hat.

We're equally inspired by current acts on the road such the ladies from Warpaint, not to mention Natasha Kahn and Ariana Delwari. These babes can play and inspire us to do the same.

So, throw on your favorite record and get inspired. If you're having trouble shaking your booty, don't worry. Our staff has complied a mix of songs they've been moving, grooving and dressing to. Enjoy!
