Decades for Modern Vintage - 1950s Black Leather Curved Heels
The concept behind this collection is based around selecting and referencing the four most appropriate decades throughout history where the most iconic footwear was introduced and updating them for the modern woman.
”I wanted to create a coherent and cohesive collection that tells footwear history in a very contemporary way,” says Decades co-owner Cameron Silver. “Modern Vintage is an amazing brand in that they make stylish shoes at a more accessible price-point. These are elevated, convertible styles that will fit effortlessly into any woman’s closet.”
- The inspiration for the ‘50s shoe was the curved heel, originally made popular by Roger Vivier. The pointed-toe pump can be worn with or without the ankle strap.
